Subject Matter Expert - F&A
Experience: 3-5 Years in BPO
Academics: B.Com/M.Com/MBA/ICWA/CA
Candidate should have experience in PTP Helpdesk/Contact Center ( AP & Procurement Helpdesk via Calls, Emails & Chat) with transition experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Should be part of transition/KA team
Ensure to cover all the topics as part of KA plan
Share the feedback EOD everyday with the Operations team (TL/SDM) & learnings
Document the learnings/SOP and get the SOPs reviewed with the TLs
Handling day to day Calls/emails/chat in PTP Helpdesk
Ensure to respond to calls/emails/chats with appropriate solution within the timeframe
Peer reviews of transactions completed
Propose potential improvement opportunities
Assist team members in completing their daily assignments
Identify compliance and/or training challenges
Skills:
Experience of end to end PTP Cycle (From Sourcing to Settlement/Payments)
Should have done atleast 1 to 2 PTP transitions
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication
Knowledge on SAP Application Preferred
Customer Focused attitude
Good Analytical Skills
Should be flexible for any shift
Should be ready to work in a 24/7 environment
