Job Responsibilities
- Queries on Alibaba Cloud products, solutions, and architectures.
- Recommendations on how to use and configure Alibaba Cloud products
- Technical issues and fault diagnosis of Alibaba Cloud products
- Troubleshooting problems with Alibaba Cloud APIs and SDKs
- Troubleshooting operations or system problems related to Alibaba Cloud resources
- Alibaba Cloud console or official Alibaba Cloud tools
- Financial affairs and account contract problems related to Alibaba Cloud
- Third-party software configuration guidance and troubleshooting related to Alibaba Cloud products
Requirements
- Computer or related major, at least 2-3 year AND 2-6 year of system operation and maintenance experience, familiar with application system anomaly investigation and diagnosis.
- Master at least 1 scripting language, be familiar with Unix or Linux operations, analyse problems from the user's perspective, and refine requirements
- Service consciousness, sense of responsibility, communication ability and learning ability
- Able to calmly face the support work of high voltage and high frequency.
- Excellent English ability, can be used as working language
