Head of Cloud Operations
Salary: RM20,000
RESPONSIBILITY
Overall responsible for the “Cloud Broker” function for GO Asia
Be the preferred point of contact for Cloud Services provider.
Ensure that all internal clients get their Cloud usage and billing reports.
Work together with Service Manager, Finance and Business Partners to define costing/pricing.
Ensure that Cloud Services billing process is running properly
Support the roll-out of Cloud services requests.
Participate to Global Cloud Governance to ensure Service Catalog consistency across regions.
Develop a Pool of Cloud Expertise in GO Asia, with mainly local resources
Develop together with HR a proper sourcing pipe as well as retention plan
Develop together with HR the future Job Holder, whom should be an Asia local person
Lead the definition of new service offering in the context of Asia where AXA Entities subcontract largely activities to GO Asia
Develop accordingly the commercial offers to be included in the Service Catalog
Lead the local Build of the Private IaaS Cloud Platforms and of all the local Interfaces with our Data Centers, together with our team and Vendors in India
Lead the Technical Support and implementation of all new Applications and all Migrations towards our Cloud Platforms
Lead the GO Asia Cloud Engineering team as well as the Team in place and to come as extension in Asia of the European based Cloud Product teams, together with our team and Vendors in India
PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
15+ years’ experience in IT engineering, service
Proven experience working on Cloud technologies
Strong background and knowledge of the Private IaaS Platform
Experience for defining new IT Services and their pricing
Experience managing Clients or internal accounts
Excellent communication skills to work in an international context
Knowledge to work with Excel, Confluence, JIRA, GIT, AWS, Azure
High proficiency in both verbal and written English
Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment
Willingness to learn how to work in a fully multi-cultural environment
Ability to navigate in complex environment, working remotely with our teams and AXA Entities
Good network across European based teams and ability to work remotely with them
Frequent travels required
