Specific Role:
Design, develop and implement Robotic Process Automation solution and KPI Dashboards via UiPath and other technologies or tools such as (python, SQL, VBA, MS Access, Kibana, Power BI).
Work closely with business to identify business needs and define automation plan o Identify processes with automation potential o Involve in process optimization & simplification of existing process flow to maximize automation potential o Define KPI to measure and (re)evaluate benefits of robotized processes
Collaborate with the dynamic global team to drive MT automation initiative to the next level in an agile manner.
Process Automation
Requirement Gathering
- Identify and assess opportunities for processes conducive for robotic automation, bringing in business context and impact on value chain as whole.
- Collaborate with key users in analyzing existing business processes and create the robot specifications.
- Draft & Review Process Definition Document (PDD)
- Draft & Review Solution Design Document (SDD)
- Draft & Review Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for robotized process
- Enhance and streamline existing design with business stakeholder in an agile manner to best meet the business needs.
- Manage the deployment process to ensure successful Go-Live and users adoption of the robot.
- Provide Go-Live support for any issues regarding deployed robotics automation solutions
- Engage business users for feedbacks on robotized processes for continuous enhancement of the automated solution.
RPA Implementation
- Support stake holders to evaluate, identify and transform processes via RPA or other tools to achieve cost reductions and synergy
- Share the concept of RPA with business users to encourage RPA adoption
- Manage knowledge transfer to key users to ensure smooth transition to RPA
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyse back-offices processes (eg. order management, service process, master data maintenance) and provide consultative services to key stakeholders for process improvements
- Provide both cost and performance effective solutions to address improvement opportunities.
- Enable decision makers with value-added inputs
- Able to run an end-to-end RPA robot implementation without hand-holding
- Ability to think out of the box for alternative automation solutions when RPA is not the best fit
- Integrate RPA and non-RPA tools to realize the automatization potential of a process

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience
- Understand programming languages e.g. Macro (VBA), .net, SQL, Python, Java, etc.…
- Proactive problem solver with good planning and
- organizing abilities
- Attention to detail and quality consciousness
- Committed team player with can-do, result-oriented attitude
- Advanced written, verbal analytical and communication skills required (English)
Good To Have:
- 1 year hands-on experience with UiPath or similar RPA tool
- HTML knowledge and Macro (VBA)
- Experience in SAP, basic business knowledge
