SAP Program/Project Management Lead
Salary range: MYR 9-11k
Project Role Description:
Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
Must have Skills:
Software Development Program and Project Management; with SAP implementation projects experience
Job Requirements:
Responsible and accountable for all IT Workplace Service activities ensuring optimal and cost-effective
IT tools and education are provided to promote business productivity
Supports Service Delivery Manager ensuring that the Workplace Services team and associated 3rd parties are meeting and exceeding the expectations in regards to performance against SLAs and KPIs
Supports Service Delivery Management SDM in definition and maintenance of Service Level Agreements for supported services
